Small Business@IW Photo Scanning Service offers high quality scanning services for photographs that need to be preserved, to chronicle memories of life. Old photos in danger of fading, or being forgotten or lost or damaged, are scanned, organized in a digital format that ensures these life memories are safe.

This program trains differently abled youth in key small business and job skills. By placing an order today, you will be supporting this vital program for differently abled youth.

How does it work?

  • Please complete the order form below.
  • Once the form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation message.  In the next 48-72 hours, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on shipping and payment.
  • We will share updates while we process your order.
  • Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with link to your digital photos. The digital link will be kept alive for 4 weeks.

Price Structure:

Up to 100 photos: @ $0.40 per photo
Up to 200 photos: @ $0.39 per photo
Up to 300 photos: @ $0.37 per photo
Up to 500 photos: @ $0.35 per photo

Please Note:

  • Our current order limit is 500.
  • We can only scan loose photos, we are unable to scan photos in a physical album or photos in frame.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged photos during shipment. No refunds or cancellations can be issued due to lost or damaged photos during shipment.
  • The largest photo size that we can scan is 8″x10″ currently.

Yes. Your photos will be stored in a password protected folder. A private link to the folder will be shared with you.

Depending upon the size of the order, it will take about 2-4 weeks. We will keep you updated on the timeline periodically.

  • Place photos straight and upright (please ensure they are not bent).
  • Photos should  be sent in loose form. We cannot process your photos if they arrive to us in sleeves, photo albums, carousels, or any other packaging outside of plastic bags or envelopes. This is to make sure that the process is as timely and optimal as possible.
  • Please sort photos by event(s) (especially if you are sending us a bundle of photos across different events) and wrap the event specific photos using a paper, with the event name written on each of the specific bundles.
  • Avoid sending damaged photos for scanning. Please inspect your photos to make sure that they do not have any tape or glue residue.
  • We do not hold any responsibility for lost or damaged photos. No refunds or cancellations after receipt of order and delivery of photos.
  • Ship photos in an envelope with a bubble wrap.
  • Please include a pre-paid return envelope (USPS/UPS/Fedex) with your shipping address and a tracking number along with the photos you ship to us so that we can return the photos back to you promptly via your preferred mode of shipment.

If payment has been received, we should be able to mail your originals back to you within a week of completing digitization of your photos.

You will have access to your digital photos for 4 weeks.

A flat rate of $20 will be charged for return shipment via an invoice. Once we receive payment, your photos will be shipped back to you.
